Loin obtained from iberian pigs, raised at liberty and fed with acorns in holm and cork oak woods found in the Pedroches valley in the north of Cordoba during the acorn period.

Finest piece of the Iberian pig with regular infiltrated fat, which prevents complete desiccation of the piece.
Elaborated following traditional and natural techniques, dressed with different seasonings, and dryed in traditional drying cellars located in Los Pedroches Valley.
The piece comes packed in fibran guts for to hang up and healing. Once cured is vacuum-packed.
These Iberian pigs, are raised in a natural habitat, so that they can fulfill all the requirements needed to become product of maximum quality.
The wide meadowlands ease the continuous movement of the pigs as they graze freely looking for acorns. These conditions help the infiltration of high quality fat with organoleptic properties in the limbs of the pigs, preventing them to become dry for their consume.
