These Iberian pigs, are raised in a natural habitat, so that they can fulfill all the requirements needed to become product of maximum quality.
The wide meadowlands ease the continuous movement of the pigs as they graze freely looking for acorns. These conditions help the infiltration of high quality fat with organoleptic properties in the limbs of the pigs, preventing them to become dry for their consume.
