After cooking meat Goose simmered for more than 10 hours, the meat crumbles putting it in a container to which Goose own butter and spices are added. He turns to cook for at least four hours also simmering.  It is then packaged in glass jars and set aside.

Its development is a very old  technique used by Sephardim in Extremadura to conserve throughout the year the season meat Goose

It comes in airtight glass jar for canning. 

Ideal to taste 5 people.

We recommend taking on hot toasted bread, adding a pinch of salt. You can also put in a pan and add egg, cooked or baked.


Remember, this product come from goose raw in freedom

LA PATERIA DE SOUSA, recognized company of Pates and Foie, as it were accredited at the International Food Exhibition in Paris in 2006 with the Coups de Coeur prize.
