Front leg of the Cebo Iberian pig, best-known as shoulder-ham or Paleta.
Maximum-quality product, produced following natural and traditional procedures such as maturing processes in drying cellars and settled period in larders in north of Cordoba.
These pigs, raised at semi-liberty, have been carefully fed with cereals and acorns in grazing lands (dehesas) in the north of Andalusia.
The resultant product is afterwards cured in Los Pedroches Valley, obtaining a genuine fragrant smell and taste where the weather conditions are the most suitable to get an exceptional product.
