Cebo de Campo Iberian pigs that are raised extensively, in southern Extremadura and northern Andalusia, fed with high quality cereals and legumes and natural pastures.

Maximum-quality shouleder-ham, produced following natural and traditional procedures such as maturing processes in drying cellars.

Cured in the same area obtaining a smell and flavor characteristic of this area of Extremadura, where the climatic conditions are ideal for obtaining a product of exceptional quality.
