Shoulder obtained from Iberian pigs after being bred in associated farms with high quality compound feed consisting in cereals, leguminous plants and also acorns during acorn period (Montanera).
Origin: Meadow lands (Dehesas) in Extremadura and north of Andalusia.

Sliced obtained from front leg of the Cebo Campo Iberian pig, best-known as shoulder(paleta).
Maximum-quality product, produced following natural and traditional procedures such as maturing processes in drying cellars and settled period in larders in Extremadura.
This product is afterwards cured in the same areas, obtaining a genuine fragant smell and taste of these lands of Extremadura, where the weather conditions are the best to obtain an exceptional product.
