Una vez realizado el pedido, y solicitado este servicio, en Gourmetdeibericos procederemos a cortar a cuchillo su jamón, no antes.

Once the order is placed, and requested this service in Gourmetdeibericos proceed to cut your iberian ham by knife, not before.

Together with the blister of sliced Iberian ham, also we send to the customer two blisters  of PICADILLO (small pieces of leftover ham sliced) ideal for combining scrambled, and the bones of ham cut and ready to make a great ham soup.

If you dare not cut ham, or simply prefer to receive cut and vacuum packed, please ask for our service cutting and packaging.
