Loin: Finest part of the Iberian pig. This product has been elaborated following traditional techniques, dressed with special seasonings and cured in drying cellars in Extremadura. These procedures ease a regular infiltration of the fat.
Traditional Iberian Chorizo elaborated only with the lean parts of the Iberian pig. It is afterwards dressed with seasonings such as garlic, salt and red paprika and dried in traditional cellars in Extremadura what gives the final piece a genuine and unforgettable flavour.
