Iberian morcilla elaborated following traditional techniques, from the lean and fats parts of the Iberian pig and dress them with different seasonings ( salt, paprika…), blood, soy protein, milk protein and lactose. Then, the resultant product has been cased in intestines, and later it is cured in drying cellars in Los Pedroches, giving the piece an unforgettable and original taste.
