Sliced from anterior extremity of a iberian pig. Product of the highest quality, elaborated in a natural way following artisan methods such as maturation in dryers and rest in cellars. Shoulder obtained from Iberian pigs after being bred in associated farms with high quality compound feed consisting in cereals, leguminous plants. After, this porduct has been cured in the same area obtaining a characteristic smell and flavor of this area of Spain, where the climatic conditions are the ideal for obtaining a product of an exceptional quality.
Sliced from a finest piece of the Iberian pig with regular infiltrated fat, manufactured following traditional and natural techniques, seasoned with different seasonings and dryed in traditional chambers (drying hams) in the south of Extremadura.

A ecológical red wine made with the varieties Tempranillo, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine aged in French and American oak barrels for 6 months. Color red with purple hues. It is clean, shiny and top layer. In nose, intense aroma, concentrated. Predominance of the notes of fruit on the fine toasted of the oak. Spicy and complex. Mouth powerful, tasty, background of sweet fruit, ripe and fatty tannins. Long end in which appear toasted toasted notes.
