Once the order is placed, and requested this service in Gourmetdeibericos proceed to cut your iberian shoulder by knife, not before.

Together with the blister of sliced Iberian shoulder, also we send to the customer one blister  of PICADILLO (small pieces of leftover ham sliced) ideal for combining scrambled, and the bones of ham cut and ready to make a great soup.

If you dare not cut ham, or simply prefer to receive cut and vacuum packed, please ask for our service cutting and packaging.
